Pearl Yachts Introduces 30m Pearl 100 Hybrid with E-Motion

Pearl Yachts Unveils 30m Pearl 100 Hybrid Flagship

Pearl Yachts has presented the Pearl 100 Hybrid, a 30-meter raised pilothouse model that marks the yard’s first hybrid-powered build and its new flagship. The project pairs increased range capability with a focus on lowering operational impact while preserving the onboard space and amenities expected in this size category.

The Pearl 100 Hybrid moves directly into production. Initial delivery schedules and pricing have not been released as the model is introduced to market.

At 30 meters, the Pearl 100 Hybrid becomes the largest yacht in the company’s portfolio and the first to integrate hybrid propulsion. The design brief targets extended cruising with quieter operations and reduced emissions, without sacrificing volume or function.

Construction is backed by a five-year warranty covering the hull and engineering systems, aligning with Pearl’s existing support program. A concealed garage accommodates a Williams Dieseljet 445 tender, a Sea-Doo Spark, and multiple Seabobs. Founded in 1998, Pearl Yachts is recognized among UK shipyards for building high-end motor yachts noted for spacious interiors and design quality.

Hybrid E-Motion System: Silent Range to 24 Knots

Propulsion is a parallel hybrid arrangement combining twin MAN V12 engines rated at 2,000 hp each with E-Motion electric technology. The setup supports multiple modes, including silent, zero-emission operation for discreet transits and a top speed of 24 knots when full power is required.

An integrated Power Pack allows overnight hotel loads without running generators, cutting noise and emissions during time at anchor or in port. The result is flexible mission planning—quiet, efficient passages when conditions call for it and conventional performance on demand.

Five Staterooms, Social Decks, Kelly Hoppen Style

The interior plan provides five staterooms, highlighted by two full-beam master suites: one forward on the main deck with private access to a forepeak terrace, and a second located amidships on the lower deck. A forward VIP and two twin guest cabins complete the guest layout, each with an ensuite. Crew spaces include two cabins, a separate mess, and discrete service circulation.

Dixon Yacht Design handled naval architecture, while Kelly Hoppen Interiors shaped the décor and layout. Social zones include a Riviera-style aft cockpit with folding balconies, a dedicated foredeck lounge, and an extended flybridge fitted with Technogym equipment, a Jacuzzi, and dining facilities.

The Pearl 100 Hybrid is aimed at owners seeking longer-range capability and lower environmental impact without compromising interior volume or amenities. According to Managing Director Iain Smallridge, the model reflects the company’s direction for future builds—prioritizing livability, efficiency, and sustainability alongside a refined presentation.
